Ben Appleton
Founder & Partner.

Ben is a London-based New Zealander who has specialised in recruitment within professional services (across Europe) for 9+ years. Ben focuses exclusively on the management consulting space, particularly positions in operations strategy and the digital economy.

As the Founder & Partner of Strat-Bridge, Ben is responsible for the overall running of the firm, focusing on client engagement and the delivery of agreed metrics.

Outside of Strat-Bridge, Ben enjoys sharing his Māori culture across Europe through haka (dance) and waiata (song) – he is proud of his heritage and hails from the Te Whānau-ā-Apanui, Whakatōhea and Ngāi Tahu tribes of New Zealand.

David Stone
Partner.

David is a Partner at Strat-Bridge, responsible for client management and project delivery across the DACH and UK regions. He has over ten years’ experience in international executive search and recruitment within professional services, working with management consultancies, strategy houses, private equity, and technology services providers.

He also advises clients on talent advisory and DEI initiatives and creates and implements learning & development programmes within Strat-Bridge.

David is an avid traveller having visited over 65 countries, and enjoys building diverse, international teams.

Anthea Tuakanangaro
Finance Director

Anthea is a London-based Chartered Accountant from New Zealand with Big 4 experience at PwC and a strong background in financial reporting, audit, and commercial finance. She has experience operating across UK, Europe, New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific, bringing a global perspective to financial and operational decision-making.

At Strat-Bridge, Anthea is responsible for the firm’s financial and operational performance. She partners with the founders on commercial decision-making and ensures the business is set up for scalable and sustainable growth. She also leads financial reporting, compliance, and internal systems.

Anthea brings a pragmatic and hands-on approach, focused on improving financial visibility, strengthening controls, and supporting clear, commercially driven decision-making.

Outside of Strat-Bridge, Anthea is proud of her Polynesian heritage and comes from the islands of Mauke (Akatokamanava) and Rarotonga (Tumutevarovaro) in the Cook Islands. She enjoys sharing and staying connected to her culture within the Pacific and Māori community in London and values the role it plays in building connection and community.
